hi everyone…i know this isnt the right space for such stuff but just coz there was some zbrush involment so i am showing it here…well i was trying to fetch some depth using the so called ‘face on mars’ pic using zbrush masking tools…dint get that better results on the depth but using other 2d tools heres what i got.
this is the original image as realsed by nasa on April 2001 view, MOC image E03-00824

just rotated the canvas to front view of this object…
if we suppose as it seems that the right side of this structure is corroded and mirror the left side on the right

now using some 2d shading enhancement tools (no change to the original image) here what we have which looks like the Egyptian sphinx

but thats not it invert the image vertically and have a look theres still no change to the original image except now we r looking from another angle…what do u thing guys i guess sculpting has a deeper history :eek: :eek: :eek:

u guys can use this image to try and fetch a depth using masking tool with different blur values to get an idea of what is the 3d view of this structure.

did some adjustment on levels in ps…i begining to see a new alien concept here if nothing much…u clearly make out the eyes small mouth small chin big head neck and some organ around the chin and some other organ around the ckeeks and something like a nose…and guess what hes got a jacket with collars too…will surely bring this out in zbrush soon…i am still amased this new alien concept comming out of a real pic from mars

Actually, it looks more like a cat, look at the lower parts.

spent the last 3-4 hours sculpting this to show u guys what i was seing in this image…u can compare this scupt to the above image and u will start preciving a basic form of this sculpt in the image…theres been a huge debate concering the face on mars some say its some natural form and the face appears coz human brain tends to make symetry out of chaos…and others say its a man made structure made by the ancients who reached mars in there time when there was water and life on mars…!!! some day when man lands on mars perhaps the mysteries will be revealed…

turn it upside down- it resembles a
head and shoulders bust.
