mapping tutorials needed

Hi guys.

I need some help, until now I have only exported for 3D print. but now I need to export some simple objects with complex textures. can anyone point me in the right direction. i need tutorials on creating UV maps, normal maps, bump maps?? maybe, retopologising to low poly etc. anything associated with exporting things for a visual environment rather than my usual 3D print workflow.
