The concept was created with the inspiration of the historical character Marie Antoinette, who was beheaded in guillotine. I wanted to use an allegory with a praying mantis, because the females deprive male mantis heads. Since I wanted to create a robot, I decided to add a bit of Asian spirit to the concept, this affected the color and influenced some forms. The anatomy of the model is full of eroticism, because part of the mantis take seductive flower shapes in order to lure the victim.
