mac inside ?

i need to exchange the pram battery (pram battery= clock battery = pufferbatterie = internal battery) of my mac and cannot find it … can anyone, please, tell me where this battery is in a powerbook g4 titanium ?

go to the apple forums. They’ll #1 be able to tell you, but also if you go to Apples website, and do an advanced search in technical docs they will give you step by step instructions.

yes i tried that…but i they seem have removed those docs at apple, and i have no apple-dealer closeby…and at forum they say just under the keyboard, but i cannot identify anything looking like a batterie

edit : i just was looking again at these places, and not find answer … but find other peple asing same …to make clear, i am not talking of the big battery giving current for geernal work, but the tiny inside hidden, the mac needs for remember pram settings, and clock settings, and well, yes for starting at all …

Photo 37 shows it. I don’t know if you have to take out all that stuff just to see it - it seems like one hell of a procedure just to get at a battery
