my web browser is being dysfunctional, lol. i have the scroll bars appear(and stay) all accross the screen. i can move the sliders too. no idea why, but its annoying when im trying to read some long post(i have to scroll to the bottom, then scroll up since there is no scroll bar at the top. also sometimes, the topics have a long name at the top, which when bookmarked leads to that topic. other times all topics and anything here are only zbrush central.com anyone have any suggestoins on how to fix these problems. is it my browser, or what?
note: I did a clean install of the browser/system folder to make sure it wasnt something id modified(also due to the fact that my hd died and i had to reinstall the OS)
