I thought I would give fibermesh a try to create some decent low polygon hair but I have terrible trouble using the combing tools. Maybe they work better on thin clumps of hair but when it comes to thick, low polygon groups, the brushes go crazy.
Does anyone have experience with creating low polygon/medium polygon hair using Fibermesh?
I’m talking about hairstyles of about 10,000 polygon to be mapped with textures. This is not something I would want to model manually. I’d LOVE to be able to do it in Lightwave but sometimes that program is soooo clunky (Sadly, it’s still my favourite modelling program)
Any help would be great.
Thanks.
Cheers,
Paul
