I made a severed arm a while back. Done over two or three evenings as I recall. Sculpted in ZBrush, then projected as an in-game asset. Textures painted using a Wacom Bamboo (bless it, but that’s what I use), and Gimp, I think. Made in Max 8. Found it on my hard drive, figured I may as well give it away so some of you can pick apart an in-game type asset, and see how (or how not, as the case may be), to do it.
You’ll find the max scene, rigged, lit and animated, as well as the textures (512s) Normally, these would be .tgas, but I wanted to get this all into the zip, so need to convert to Jpeg instead.
Do whatever you like with them. Hope it’s useful to someone. :lol:
