I was just wondering if anyone has any views on using zbrush to texture low poly game models. I never see any examples on the forum, maybe it’s because they look so much poorer than the high poly sculpts that no-one bothers…?
Would love to hear any views, I am trying to use it for a game character myself. Is it a good idea?
The method I am using is to bring in the low poly model and subdivide with smooth turned off so it still looks the same and then paint rough colours as usual and then use projection master or zapplink to touch up the textures.
Any comments or opinions on this subject appreciated.
