The low res mesh is 780 quads, the high level is level 7, 3 121 152 quadsâŠ
I have 1 gig of ram, and I can tell you I reach the limit of my pc! I should upgrade to 2 GigâŠ
Hereâs an advance version of the head, you can see the details of the helmet. Everything is customed alphas and free hand sculpting.
Iâll start texturing, and add face details.

Outstanding work! Whenever I put this much detail into a character it frequently becomes so daunting that I have to take brakes from the project. For selfish reasons I hope that you can keep it up until completion.
I did have one question, I have simular memory limitationa 1.5g instead of 1g, but youâve found a way to push the poly count above what my current settings allow. Could you explain (in small words hehe) how youâve set your preferences to accomadate this higher number?
