Looking for ZBrush Sculptor

Hi, everybody! We the young company from Europe, keep various projects. At present we are looking for high level ZBrush the sculptor who will modeling for us in this program different characters from various games. It is desirable to have an acquaintance to online games as in each game there is the unique style which is expressed in characters and their ammunition. We have detailed reference - models of characters in 3dmax. That is it is possible to take as a basis the low-polygonal 3dmax model, to import in ZBrush and to detail that simplifies and accelerates process, and also excludes option of discrepancy of geometry, proportions and other.

We decided to make a post more concrete.

We declare search talented 3D - the actor with extensive knowledge of Zbrush, a wide experience of modeling of game characters and excellent understanding of human anatomy, game anatomy and dynamic poses. It is obligatory to have experience of creation of game characters as each game has the style and the atmosphere that is expressed in characters and their ammunition. You will owe them precisely and maximum is detailed to transfer in a sculpt.

Also will be necessary:

  • Competent cutting of models (without visible seams, docking connections), reference (drawing) from us as these models are created for the subsequent 3D-print, dimensions of the camera don’t allow to grow up a figure entirely. Whether specify at once, please, you did it ever or not
  • Cavities in models with a certain thickness of external walls
  • Polypaint (digital painting) and texturing of a final sculpt for visualization and use as a ref for artists to paint real figures
  • Identification of mistakes by preparation of models for printing and directly preparation of files in stl. format

There are detailed (low-polygonal) references in the form of directly models in 3dsMax therefore it is also necessary to own this program.

What programs you use for the solution of each of the tasks described above? Also I attach the link to examples of models that you understood what specification (detailing) to us it is necessary, it is important to keep game style of this or that game where it is possible and it is necessary - to improve, do more realistic details, and somewhere it you shouldn’t do, because the figure can lose the charm and unique stylistic.

Finnaly, what your terms of performance and the price are over 1 model? Real height of our figures will be the ~10-20 centimeters (its like ~4-8 inch).
