Looking for zbrush sculptor for anatomy engine

Hi all,

I’m a long time admirer of this community, and I’ve had the chance to hire a few people before. Especially cherub_rock, who’s been working with us for a few years now, and has done amazing work. Now we are growing and we need to expand our team.

Our project is very exciting (or so we think) and consists of an advanced educational tool for anatomy, physiology and all health sciences. There’s currently a beta at beta.vidabody.com, which is very much work in progress, so pardon the dust. Here you can see Dmitrij’s work and the type of stuff you would need to make, although there’s also microscopic views, which will be fairly intensive in the next few months.

The workflow has been thoroughly documented by Dmitrij, so it should be an easy onboarding. We value productivity, good communication and problem-solving abilities, as much as we value art and talent.

This is meant for a long term job if there’s a good match. We hope to grow fairly quickly in the coming year.

Pluses:
-Experience in medical art a huge plus (although if you haven’t it, that’s fine, too since we’ll give you very good medical references)
-Animation (ok too if you don’t have it)
-Rendering (good quality rendering is useful for a few instances, although not central)
-Shaders and “technical art” since all we are doing will end up in WebGL real time rendering, having some knowledge of this pipeline would be helpful, although not indispensable
-Blender experience (again, only a nice to have)

We are an early stage startup, so please have a very reasonable hourly rate. We can discuss monthly contracts as well if that’s your preference. (although we’d have to agree on a certain degree of productivity)
