What kind of brushes can do this? I accomplished this using Clip curve, but it’s not exactly my favorite too to constantly use, I dislike having to move around and perfectly angle the mesh in a way I get the best curve, instead it would be easier to have a brush to create this result, I’ve had people suggest Trim Smooth Dynamic and Trim Dynamic but… those only cause completely flat surfaces to be made… not curved ones.
