We are currently looking for a talented 3D Modeler/Sculptor to join our team. Create sculpts for products ranging from licensed characters, home decor, holiday products, limited edition collectibles and fine jewelry. This position requires strong skills in creating 3D content and making quick iterations to the product through its development and production. Candidate must demonstrate a self-motivated and creative approach in interpreting rough sketches or verbal instructions to problem solve complex design issues and create products for either or both advertising and prototyping.
Preferred Qualifications:
BFA
Proficient working knowledge in current versions of Modo, Zbrush, and Adobe CS.
Strong drawing and design skills
5+ years of working experience in creating high-end 3D content.
Strong sculpting in varied subject matter, both in soft and hard surface modeling.
Work closely with developers throughout the design and production cycle to create high quality content.
Able to juggle multiple projects, assignments and maintain project deadlines.
Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate on multiple projects.
Solid organizational and file management skills
Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
Maintain status updates of assignments in the database.
Knowledge of prototyping techniques and working knowledge of 3D printing is a plus.
