This is one part of a still life (candlestick, skull, etc to follow). A lot of merging and a lot of extractions went into making the exoskeleton. Still working on getting my subdivisions down to workable level. This one ended up at 13 million, and it gets unruly when I try to add other objects on the plane. The ground plane is actually a cube that’s been pinched and mrgb painted with black chrome. The reflected plastic is perfect for a glossy lobster texture.
