Load tool issue

Hi
I`m new to zbrush and i had no problem with this piece of art until now.
Recently i download two models and load them to zbrush and suddenly i noticed that both of them are badly corrupted and triangulated and deep dark. :mad:
When i export them and load into 3ds max i have this warning " vertex coordinate is too big"
Here i uploded my screenshot.

what can i do?

Sorry, I don’t know what’s wrong. Can’t you download the original files again? this happens when you export them from Max? Maybe you could try to export to another format?

You’re not giving us much information…

Looking at your screenshot, you have a lot of undo history.
What happens when you go back to the beginning?
You should see exactly where the problem started.

Did you save the Tool when working so you can go back to an earlier version?

Why so many points/polys for this model? 5 million?
I suspect that at some point you froze/unfroze subdivision levels, and that’s when this happened.

Why does the Matcap RedWax material look black and white?

Do you have a link to the original model you downloaded?

Pixologic is aware of it.
