Load error

Hi,

I tend to copy over most of my stuff from version to version. Obviously this last update and what I copied over seems not perfectly compatible and need to know what to do to fix this.

Thanks so much, please see the image for what I’m talking about.

ZBrush load error

It generally isn’t recommended top port custom UIs forward from major versions. Its usually fine to move stuff between .x updates, but not from say 2018 to 2020. Things change between releases and sometimes things will work fine, other times you will get weird issues.

My advice is to rebuild the interface in question in the new version.

If this doesn’t have anything to do with custom UI, you’ll need to provide more information.

You shouldn’t copy over plugins. Perhaps uninstall ZBrush 2020 and do a clean install?

The only other info I can provide is that upon invoking ZBrush, upon loading up the program itself, it seems to be calling upon an image plane or something to do with the image planes texture. I have no idea what this

L In:[|GetID, legacySwitch]

means?

I think you probably have two versions of Image Plane installed. Hence my suggestion you do a clean install.

Where would that be installed so I can just try removing that older Image Plane and see if that fixes it?
