The model was fully modeled in Zbrush (as usual). I used a Metahuman basehead to reuse the faceguts and some skin texture. I used the Polyhammer tool to bridge between Blender and Unreal and the Blender plugin Mesh Data Transfer to import my Zbrush meshes to back Blender.
