lightbox is missing Tools???????

So i have ZR6 installed on my mac pro which has 37 tools inside Lightbox however inside the ZTool folder there are 45 .ZTL files.
Two of the Tools inside Lightbox have question marks, these are “ZScetch_FacialAnatomy_TyShelton.ZTL” and “Ryan_Kingslien_Anatomy_Model.ZTL”.

I recently installed ZR6on my Mac mini/Cintiq 13HD so I could work in a more portable environment. Within Lightbox/Tools there are 26 tools compared to the 37 on my Mac Pro. Inside the ZTools folder are 32 ZTL files, again this is different to my Mac Pro, which has 45. WHY?

The tool I need to have a look at is - “Ryan_Kingslien_Anatomy_Model.ZTL”, but because this has a question mark against both on my Mac Pro and Mac mini, I can’t select it.

So why do both installations differ with regards to the installation of ZTL files inside the ZTool folder?
Why and what can I do about the ZTL files that appear inside Lightbox with a question mark.

I would be grateful for any advice and even more grateful to any one who can solve both my queries.

Its Ryans missing model model… Ryan_Kingslien_Anatomy_Model.ZTL

Now just to track down the other… ZSketch_FacialAnatomy_TyShelton.ZTL

Woo hoo
Think i got this sorted out now.
I can load the tools but they don`t appear in Lightbox… BUT BUT BUT

IF i change the names of the two files so they have ONLY 27 characters, not including the .ztl at the end,
Then they DO appear in Lightbox on my Mac.
I renamed the files to…

ZSketch_FacialAtmyTyShelton.ZTL
RyanK_Anatomy_Model.ZTL

Now they appear in Lightbox correctly
