So I really love the idea of Lightbox but I don’t want it to look in the Zbrush directory when it starts. Is there a way to set all these directories in lightbox to my own folder so when I open up Zbrush, it goes straight to the project folder I designated it to?
i am also curious about whether this is possible.
I don’t believe you can change the default directory…at least not to my knowledge.
but you can place a short cut inside of the default directory that leads to another folder you’d like to have inside of lightbox.
I have a shortcut folder inside of the tool folder (the default opening folder of Lightbox) that leads to my actual projects folder. I also have shortcut folders inside of the textures and alpha sections that lead to where I store those types of images.
Hope this helps.
why didn’t i think of that… thanks!
its thing that hurts me in Zbrush too. i would like to create the shortcut to my folder you
re talking about, but i don`t know how. can you explain it more detailed please?
Reviving this ancient topic, as this is a great tip. Never thought of that before. Thanks!
