I can see the likeness in the textured version, but not so much in the bare sculpt!. but, that said, it’s getting there… keep pushing it!

Without seeing the title I could tell it was Leonardo! That said, I also think the likeness could be improved quite a bit. Likeness stuff is always a pain (to me anyway) because people are going to be extra critical than if you just sculpted a random face.
I think that the reason some people are able to pick out the likeness more strongly in the untextured zbrush captures is because the lighting is contrasted top-bottom much in the way we are used to seeing him in movies. It makes the fat-pads over his eyelids cast stronger shadows, and his nasal folds a bit more prominent. Perhaps if you adjusted the lighting in your render to lessen the bounce-light from below you might get a bit closer? Also, perhaps if his lips were not parted quite as much for the cigarette so that it rested on his bottom lip without pushing the upper lip forward so much? This is not really coming from someone who knows squat about the issue, not being a smoker myself…but I do have a lot of experience staring at Dicaprio’s lips:lol:
The head may be a bit too wide, or too square. Still, there is a definite likeness to Leonardo.
It looks like Leo just fine, but the render is weird. I also like and use Modo, but it can give you Vray quality if you make sure your settings are right.
Did you use Global Illumination? You should.

Looks good, but I would reduce specularity on the skin a slight amount and don’t use Modo hair for the eyebrows and beard, no matter how much you work on it, it will never look real because it doesn’t self shadow or cast shadows. Instead, just polypaint a photographic reference texture for the beard and eyebrows.
