Hi,
So I’m working on a model which has layers. And now, when I switch off any of the layers or press record, the model becomes corrupted. (See attached images)
Has anybody seen this before? Is it a known bug?
Does anyone know the cause and how to avoid it? (I think it may have something to do with adding or deleting subdivision levels, after layers have been created.)
Does anyone know a fix or workaround to get me out of my current predicament? The best I can come up with is to create displacement maps for each layer. Delete the layers. Create new layers and bake each extracted displacement map into the new layers. (But there’s got to be a better way, hopefully)
Any thoughts?
