Since updating to latest version, 2020.1.3, when using “work on clone” feature in UV master and then unwrapping the tool, the tool becomes inverted (normals are flipped.) Then when switching back to my regular tool (not cloned) every tool in the file has been inverted. Anyone have any information on this issue?

Are you on Mac or PC? I’m on PC and it works normally for me. Did you try going to “Tool > Display Properties” and “Flip” normals back? If that doesn’t work, I would suggest that you submit a ticket to Support.
I am on a PC. It changes all my tools to inverted normals and going through each tool and flipping back leaves me with problems
I set ‘X position’ to ‘0’ before unwrap and it did the job. So I think if the mesh is’t centre, it can cause being weird.
