Keyshot license invalid please help!

Hi I am not that flash at installs and such, so hopefully this is a simple fix.

Have installed Zbrush, with no problems, but when i go to activate my keyshot license, with the one that i finally manged to generate, it comes up with this!

"There is no valid license for Zbrush to keyshot bridge. You will need a valid license to run it."

Man, its really doing my head in,please help!
