Hi guys, I hope this is the right forum for such a question.
I’m trying to buy the bundle KeyshotBridge+Keyshot4ZBrush, but when I go to the checkout, the price is still 349$, not 249!
Is the offer already gone? That sounds so strange… I wanted to buy it the same day it was released a couple of days ago, but the webstore was down.
What are my chances to get it at the discounted price?
As far as I know it’s still available. Make sure to read the announcement on this page carefully, and note that the Keyshot Bridge and Keyshot for Zbrush special edition are two separate items, and must both be added to the cart to see the 249 USD bundle price.

If you do not see that price, then do NOT place your order, as something is not correct. There are ongoing issues with the ordering process, and it’s doubtful you’d miss your chance to buy it at that price sometime in the next few days by just holding off for a bit. You may, however, save yourself some time in the already overloaded Pixologic support system.

As you said, I’m following the procedure correctly, adding both items to my cart… but the price doesn’t get updated/discounted when I proceed to checkout.
I will avoid making the purchase until the shown price is incorrect, and I submitted a ticket to the support system just to be sure to get the deal before the offer expires.

I was getting $349.00 total at checkout also so I cancelled the order.

It’s strange that an expiry date for the deal wasn’t specified on the webstore, and that currently the store still says you can get the bundle at a discounted price.
