Karakondzula

Karakondzula (From Turkish Kara - Black and Kondzolos - Demon) is a demon in the Balkans mythology and its characteristics vary from one to another country in that region. My picture presents Karakondzula as a creature between a demon and a warrior, which does not correspond fully with traditional descriptions of its attributes.
It took me 4 month to finish this work. I used 3D Max, Zbrush and Photoshop and a lot of spare time, but it was great fun!
