I’ve installed zbrush core. when I start it up it says I can’t continue due to it possibly being a corrupted file or my unique computer ID has changed…Then it closes out and shuts down. I’m very confused and would appreciate some help.

Go to your ZBrushCore folder and run the Pixologic Deactivation Manager application found there. At its lower left corner, click the Reset button and confirm when prompted. Then close that program.
I recommend downloading a fresh copy of your ZBrushCore license file. Then open ZBrushCore and load the new file when prompted.
