Joining model parts

Hi…

I bought a pack of jackets and coats and loading the FBX, I see each coat is in multiple pieces. Any ideas how to join them all into a single object? Dynamesh doesn’t work because it’s way too thin.

I’m probably missing something basic, but any tips are appreciated.

The original file is a .zprj. Is that a Marvelous file?

Thank you!

I think that you would go to:

Tool>Subtool>Merge>MergeVisible

There are two buttons to the right of the “MergeVisible” button. I’m not sure what the “Weld” button does, but I think the “UV” button merges the UVs of the merged parts.

I’m not too facile with ZBrush, so I hope I got this right.

Thank you for your response!

This is clearly meant for Marvelous, which I don’t have. I did find a Blender addon that may work similarly, but haven’t had a chance to try it yet.

I don’t actually know what “Marvellous” is… I think I just misunderstood the question.

Sorry… *Marvelous Designer.

It helps a lot with making clothes, but it’s not cheap.
