Hi Guys

Proimage3D is seeking to build up a team of professional artists coming from the varied sectors of the 3D industry.

The aim is to form a dynamic team of professionals working from the comfort of there home, who are assigned jobs online and get paid according to the job devolved. As an artist, you and your portfolio will be featured free of charge, in the upcoming flash website of Proimage3D, which is currently under construction.

Proimage3D will be heading the team and delegate the job workflow accordingly.

The site is being upgraded at the moment. Thanks for those who have submitted the CVs and portfolios, however we are still seeking to employ or rather pay anyone who has some time to spare and a very good idea of Zbrush and other applications. So if you haven’t yet submitted your Cv’s, just go-a-head and do so, as we need more guys working at the same time.

Hi Solomon,

This really depends by the Client request and the job required. Generally from past experience we had sitautions, whereby the artist got paid per job done and was rewarding and not by the hour, in case of modelling.

Usually the hourly rate does not do the job as it depends on one’s ability and speed that would, say work in favor of the client and a draw back to the artist or vise versa. So we have adapted a policy to pay per finished job and on its quality. All that we do is send those interested a detailed sketch, the artist quotes, once apporved, we proceed from there.
