Hey there, I found some cool unused concepts for fallout 4 so I decided to make the tank chair for mama Murphy. All done in zbrush, using Zmodeler and some old-school hard-surface modelling techniques Not fully textured yet, but some of the screenshots with textures are from substance painter after being retolopoligzed in zBrush.
In style of David by Michelangelo. Why? Because why not.
Took me about 4 days. Rendered in Corona.

Little pirate sculpture I did and fully handpainted in zbrush using basic brushes, it was tons of fun to do. Here is the concept it was based on: http://i.imgur.com/RIYBOlB.jpg

WORK IN PROGRESS
I know that I won’t be able to finish this guy up for some time, so I thought might as well keep my zbrush thread alive and post some WIP of it. Hope you like it! This is one of my first attempts at making a hard surface character in zbrush.
If you have any questions, let me know!

Hopefully you guys will find this tiny tutorial somewhat useful!
NOTE: The character sculpt itself is still in progress and no where near finished. The whole intention was to show the beginning/blockout stages.

Some sweet tips here, thanks!
Thanks, glad you found something useful
Hi peeps!
Just a little weekend project I made, rough around the edges, but didn’t have time to polish it, really loved the character so couldn’t miss the chance to sculpt it! Based on this great concept: https://www.artstation.com/artwork/eg8a6

Hey guys,
So I decided to give myself a challenge as I want to start doing my own creature design. Over the next couple of weeks I will TRY to produce one creature sculpt every day, that is completely done from scratch and the design is my own. Here is the first one, and hopefully the quality and creativeness will improve with time!
Note: I am not spending much time on the detail, just the overall design of the creature and main features. This is an exercise in designing and brainstorming within zbrush

Hey guys a little update on my character sculpt. This time face. Critique is very welcomed, as this is one of my first semi-realistic face sculpts. This is for an in-game character!

Hey guys, here’s a quick little character sculpt I did over the weekend. Everything was modelled/sculpted in Zbrush and then textured/rendered in Substance Painter. Hope you enjoy it! It was based on an awesome concept by Manuel Augusto Moura which can be found here: https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/236x/67/5f/32/675f328219d79c0bc4080b9e3cf7c256.jpg
I could’ve still spend much more time correcting problems that I didn’t like, but I decided to give myself a deadline for this weekend, so there ya go

One last update with SSS. Any C&C is appreciated
He looks great! Such a believable and professionally made character - can be easily put to a game like Mass Effect
Thanks man, that’s a huge compliment for someone that loves Mass Effect
Hi guys this is my final submission to the Artstation real time character challenge. I hope you like it!
