Need automatic or automated conversion and most cost effective production from 2D photographs, graphic art or any type of two dimensional image to 3D exacting detail bas-relief of many 100s of STL files for production of my wax masters and tooling for my lost wax silicon bronze bas-relief plaquettes. Also need static images perfectly replicating the finished bronzes complete with patinas using lighting to further enhance their sculpted highlights as well as a 360 pdf.
They have an ultimate size being flexible with an inch here, 1/2 inch there on dimensions but mostly consistent 2 1/8 x 3 3/8 x 3/16 weighing about 1/3 lb each. The lost wax process allows for fluidity so the thickness can be more than 1/4 inch in some areas.
They require the finest detail and smooth transitions through the depth offield so that a jeweler’s glass will be needed to uncover beyond the naked eye. All this will guarantee they be among the most awe inspiring, breathtaking and majestic works of art imaginable drawing in the beholder, capturing the essence and transporting the imagination.
