Jagged tpose

I don’t understand what is going on with the tpose rigging. I have tried multiple types of rigging for different pieces and all they keep doing is creating jagged square shape turns rather then smooth turns. I used the rotate function to move the arm and it shredded the arm. Whats causing it to do that?

Your model has far too many polygons to work well with zsphere rigging. You will need to use the Transpose line instead or create a low resolution version of your model with subdivisions.

Hello, New to Forums!

I’m having the same issue as above, however my poly count is alot smaller (Under 100k). I get a wavy mesh when I try to move the legs or arms. I’ll try and add in a picture to show what I mean. Any help would be super appreciated!
