Issues Installing.

Hello All. I just purchased Zbrush 4r7. I am wanting to install it to my data partition (H) and it says that Zbrush is already installed on that drive, partition. So I changed it to my SSD drive (E) and the same error. I also tried the default install location © same again. So I thought my Antivirus (Windows Defender) was the issue so I killed it and tried it again, same thing…SO at this point I am at a loss as to the issue. Plus I am logged in as a Admin.

Thanks for any input or ideas as I am getting a headache from banging my head against the wall on this.

I have also sent in a request to support as well. But not heard back from them as of yet.

It’s a very unusual situation. We’ve had to refer it to the development team, so it will take a little longer than normal to reply.
