Issue with Wacon EK Remote buttons stuck

Im using a Wacom 27HR with an EK Remote for sculpting and I use the remote for hotkeys such as CTRL, Alt, and Shift to move around when I work. I noticed that when I do actions like Ctrl + Shift or any sort of combination of 2 buttons sometimes the program sticks and I end up not being able to use that key. For example I pressed CTRL + Shift hotkeys on my EK Remote and after I left go of the keys Zbrush treated it like I was still holding down shift. Now the shift key doesnt respond. I’ve contacted Wacom support and reset the keys to make them work again but the problem happened again.

I know the Remote works fine. It’s something do to with Zbrush I think or my PC. Anyways does anyone know what I might do to fix this issue? It’s basically made the EK Remote totally useless when I work in Zbrush.

Sorry you’re having some trouble.

Unless the issue occurs in Zbrush when NOT using the tablet, this sounds to me like a Wacom driver issue for your product. It may very well be an issue with ZBrush specifically, but it is still up to Wacom to support their own products. You can contact Pixologic Support to find out what the hardware support status of the EK Remote is (it may not be a supported device at this time), inform them of the issue and see if they have any suggestions, but ultimately you may have to wait for a fix from Wacom.

As always, make sure you are using the most up to date drivers for your hardware, and the most up to date version of ZBrush.

Yes same thing is happening to me @Irraka it’s driving me crazy still haven’t found any solution for it. did you?
