Hi Guys,
this seems like a pretty basic thing, but after working (and struggling) with the Zsphere topo tools, I’m having no luck inserting a new vertices on an existing line. If I need to ctrl click within an edge, the resulting new line never seems to connect to the next edge. The point doesn’t seem to want to latch on.
Please see attached for a clearer example of what I hope is a fairly simple issue. Any help would he hugely appreciated!

As far as I know you can only add a new vert in the center of the edge, that is, when the draw brush turns green to give you the go ahead to insert the vert. So Cntrl click on a start point vert, move the draw brush over the edge you want to insert the vert into till the pointer turns green, insert the vert move to the next edge, but the pointer has to turn green before you can insert the next vert. Use the move brush to position the verts where you want afterwards.
