Is there way I can keep polygroup after Zsketch

I just want keep my polygroup after Unified Skin.

Hope you can help me!

ZBrush retains the polygroups when you make a Unified Skin. I think you have “Fill” turned off on the PolyF button. Turn that on and you should see them.
