Is that possible to implement vertical oriented sliders [Proposal]

Hi! I’m not sure if it’s right thread to post my question/proposal here but - is that possible to implement vertical oriented sliders in ZBrush layout UI system for popup panel (spacebar) or for “short” versions (S / U)? Basically I’m talking about brush Size/Intensity sliders.

Suggestions:

  1. Vertical movement is more natural and artistic way like pencil/brush stroke movement. They are short in range but it’s more than enough to tweak slider.
  2. Artist hand stays stationary while finger movements do slider tweaks - so you don’t loose your point of interest.
  3. And last but not least - visually vertical orientation more intuitive for decreasing (down stroke) and increasing (up stroke) а value.
  4. You see all slider range at once - may be particularly this point is not a big deal for classic tablet users, but for those lucky guys who use monitor-tablet it makes sense.

As alternate way - to use(read) vertical stylus movement delta to change value but leave ui sliders as they are.

I hope my proposal makes sense for you.
