Is it possible to import a .dea format into Zbrush?

I have been tinkering with Google sketchup Free version, and I was wondering if there was a way to import base meshes I make in Sketchup into Zbrush. The free version has only 2 export options: Collada .dea format and google earth .kmz file format. I can’t seem to find a Collada import for Zbrush, but it dose have a Collada .dea export. I find that odd. Am I looking in the wrong spot? Or am I missing a plugin for this?

All Else fails I suppose I could take the mesh into Hexagon or Blender export as a obj and import Obj to Zbrush, but this process seems a bit silly if there is an easier way to do this.

Any suggestions would be most helpful!

Thank you in advanced!!

As far as I know ZBrush doesn’t export Collada .dae natively but I did include a limited export function in my Second Life plugin, perhaps that is what you are thinking of. It would probably be possible to include a limited import function in that but only so far as Collada files elements have a simple equivalent in ZBrush.

You might want to look at this plug-in for SKETCHUP. It supposed to allow you to export as an OBJ. from the free version of SU. I haven’t tried it but I’ve heard it works well.
