Invalid Certificate problem

[FONT=Times]BTW: I emailed this along with my activation info to your [email protected]. I don’t know if they will answer so I am entering it here too (minus my personal info).

I have successfully downloaded the Mac version of the ZBrush 4R4. But I am having a problem activating it. When I tell it to Web activate, the browser pops up with an error message that also pops up when I try to go to your support web site to create an activation ticket: “Safari can’t verify the identity of the website “Support.pixologic.com” The certificate for this website is invalid. You might be connecting to a website that is pretending to be “support.pixologic.com”, which could put your confidential information at risk. Would you like to connect to the website anyway?” BTW: Firefox gives a similar error message so it’s not a Safari problem.

I will not go to a site that can’t be verified. Can you fix this somehow? Or can you go ahead and activate ZBrush for me without going to the Support web site?

The problem is that you haven’t gone to one of our secure pages in a long time, and your browser has the old certificate cached rather than the new one. There is a way to clear cached certificate info, involving clicking the padlock at the upper right corner of a secure page. Once you’ve done that, your browser will load the new and accurate certificate info so that the page will no longer show the error.

The page IS secure already. It’s just that your browser is mistakenly showing the incorrect certificate. That does NOT affect the actual security of the page, however.
