Intuos problem

Hi guys I know this is more of a Wacom problem and I have reported it with them, but want to know if you have experienced this as well and maybe found a solution for it.

Since Wacom started to ask me for a software update, my tablet doesn’t work quite well when I’m working with ZbrushCore, losing my pen configuration buttons after working around 5 mins or more. And the only way that it seems to reconfigure is by shooting down ZbrushCore and reopen it.

Are you using a Mac by chance? I need to use one for work and have found upgrading the OS is usually never a good idea. I’m using older Wacom drivers as well and everything works just fine. Every few months I will try to update to see if things work. If they do I’m good, if not I roll back.

Yes, but the thing that are causing the troubles are the drivers from Wacom not the Mac OS updates. I didn’t have any trouble until I updated the drivers.

UPDATE: After a week of waiting, their Customer support ask me to uninstall and delete any remainder of the software and install the drivers again, and now it seems to be working fine. As they said the cause may have been a corrupted file during my last update.
