Thank you buddy, will do i’m glad I found such a good forum for brush

Welcome aboard Shawn. I’m a VFX Artist and Compositor and have been working with ZBrush for quite a while now and I still learn something new every time I use the program. ZBrush has a bit of a steep learning curve at times but it is so worth it. I would recommend ZClassroom as a staring point and of course the expertise on this forum is invaluable. There are some good books out there as well; Scott Spencer’s books come to mind. You can also glean a lot from videos posted on YouTube. But nothing will help you more than digging into ZBrush and playing with the tools. If you are doing soft surface stuff imagine you are actually manipulating real clay and hard surface stuff, treat it like you are actually fabricating in wood, steel etc.

the biggest problem im having is to smooth a brush stroke out after ive made a stroke.

Hi Shawn, I PM’d you regarding the message you sent me. Also is the issue you are having with smooth that you are not getting enough smooth or too much or some other thing about it that you are having issue with. Can you post an image which shows what you are trying to do?
