Interview with Ralf Stumpf

ZBCImage.jpg

In the tradition of our previous interviews with industry leaders such as Weta Digital, Zack Petroc, Timur “Taron” Baysal and others, we have now posted an interview with Ralf Stumpf (known here at ZBC as Stumpf) at ZBrush.com.

We’d like to invite everyone to take a few minutes to read about Ralf, and see how he sees ZBrush as a tool for creating amazingly detailed works of digital art in a variety of styles. Also, if you haven’t read the other interviews in the series, you will find links to them at the top of the interview page.

What a talented person he is! I can just sit here and enjoy this piece for ages… Congrats on everything Stumpf:)

Amazing work.:+1: :+1:

What an amazing piece of artwork, this has completely blown me away, Aurick can you tell me if the above still life piece was done in Zbrush alone or was another program used as well?

I love still life art I have yet to complete any using a computer, done loads with oils over the past 40 years but the above reminds me so much of the great european artists who painted some fantastic still life paintings.

I must congratulate Ralf on his work, his illustrations are really cool and has inspired me to get off my butt and do something.

Well done Ralf and thanks Aurick for posting this for all of us to admire.
