Internal error line 162 - Too many items in Alist

I have a quick save file with several tools saved in it. Everytime I open it I get an Internal error line 162 - Too many items in Alist. I repeatedly press cancel several times to continue and it just hangs on subtool 6.

On a Macbook pro - 10.8.4 Zbrush 4r6 P2

Can anyone help with a fix for this?
