I’ve able to view an object with interactive light - moving the cursor about. However after clicking a position to set the light, Zbrush just hangs. I take it that this behavior is not normal. Are there any settings to adjust to stop this happening?

Marcus made this version of it that is supposedly more stable.
Just place the below file inside of C:\Program Files (x86)\Pixologic\ZBrush 4R7\ZStartup\ZPlugs64\ and you should have a new interactive light button in your “Zplugin > Misc Utilities” palate.
