insert and position transpose a mesh in ZBrush4R7

Very long time i didn’t use ZBrush and now i’ve to learn all new.
I have a problem with inserting and transpose (position) a mesh to a model as subtool (see image below).
Inserting and transpose the spheres for the eyes work very well, but when i insert and transpose the tentacles, they go totally out of shape when i move them out of the center :frowning:

What goes wrong and how can i place them like i want?

Are you using the centre circle of Transpose line for moving?

Yes, of course. Same procedure like inserting and transpose the eyeballs before.

Is it possible that a portion of the subtools is masked? So when you move it, those points are frozen and the model gets stretched. Try unmask all before moving it.

It doesn’t really look masked, and he already has it split as a separate subtool. Still, it would be a good idea to check just in case it is partially masked.

This may be a size issue, if the model is very large, or very small. Check the Tool>Preview window. Ideally you should be able to see the whole model, fitting within the preview.

One other thought: Make sure symmetry is off when transposing this subtool.

Cool !!! That is it. Symetry was activated and after deactivate symetry for each tentacle it works fine!
Thank you all for your help!
