I received my download link but got cut off, due to bad connection. I was using my laptop at work, to save time when I got home.
The problem is that when I try to re-download, either continuing on the laptop or on my desktop (now I’m home) I cannot.
A page opens with a message saying invalid link.
I realise that it’s a time sensitive link but surely more than a few hours is reasonable?

The initial upgrade link that you were sent only served to create your ZBrush 4 account. Now that you have that account, the link won’t work anymore.
After you used the link you got an email from Cleverbridge with your serial number. That email also includes your download link, which is good for 14 days. Use that to restart your download.
I received the same message and an email from cleverbridge, but that email didn’t contain a link.
I don’t think it’s good for 14 days.
I received my email yesterday. It said:
"File size: 242 MB.Your download is valid until 8/24/2010."
I click the download (I was cut off last night too) and get:
"The download link is no longer valid.
Please contact our customer services and refer to your reference number xxxxxxxx."
So what’s the deal? This seems to be a frustrating experience every time I attempt to udate a version.
