In a grid array how can I get the initial editable object not to be in a corner of the array?

When editing the original object that makes up a grid array, I would like that original object not to be in the corner of the array, but rather inside the array, how can I achieve this , Thanks.

You would have to create a multi stage array.. The original mesh will always be the first in the chain. You would have to create a multi stage array that repeats in multiple directions.

It shouldn’t matter, though. When you convert the array to geometry, all the instances will become live geometry.

Thanks for that reply, so I already have a two stage array here, but how can I get the array to repeat in muiltipel directions?

I figured this out, you create another stage for both axis and the drag the position slider in the opposite direction first used in the initial stages
