Importing maps in 3DStudio Max

Hi,
I’m new in the forum, so I hope to be in the right place to post this message!

I’ve some problem to import Normal or Bump maps in 3DSMax from ZBrush. I would like to do this, to render with VRay. But when I apply maps (Normal or Bump) on my low poly object, the result is really wrong.

Someone knows how to optimize export from ZBrush to 3DSMax?
