I have up loaded obj files and Have saves ZBrush projects to the desktop and other file folders . When I select IMPORT in Zbrush and go to those locations I can’t find those file to begin working with.

Obj files must be imported with the Tool >Import function.
Project (zpr) files are opened with the File > Open function.
Make sure they’re not a tool file (Ztl), which would be opened with Tool > Load Tool.
*If using an outdated version of Zbrush for whatever reason, note that files created in a newer version of the program generally can’t be opened.
If the correct function for the appropriate file type cannot locate the file, and you are certain the directory location is correct, I would double check that the files are of the correct type, or not somehow corrupted.
