Hello, I model using Blender and Zbrush and when I import my obj file with uv maps into Zbrush, all my maps are stacked on top of each other. How do I make them separated like they are with my materials in Blender?
Zbrush (rather .obj) only supports 1 UV set and they must occupy 0-1 space. If you want to use multiple UV sets you can break your object apart into different meshes based on your UV sets.
