Does the file contain only closed paths with no open curves? Is it completely flattened? Layers aren’t supported. Shapes must not overlap.
These would be the most common reasons a svg file wont return the expected results. If you don’t think this describes your problem then you would need to contact ZBrush support for us to take a closer look at your file.
